We will explore the ways that these factors have been shaped by your experiences while practicing new coping strategies and interpersonal effectiveness skills. I will provide recommendations based upon your personal strengths and preferences while guiding you in the exploration of your history and social dynamics. My goal is to support your process of self-discovery while providing expertise related to the treatment of emotional symptoms, relationship difficulties, and trauma.
