Couples Therapy
In couples therapy, you and your partner will develop a stronger, more supportive bond as you work through challenges together. I will support you as you process the issues that you have been avoiding as well as the ones that resurface regularly in the form of repeated arguments. I provide recommendations for working together to improve your communication and intimacy while helping to maintain a safe space for both partners. When enough trust has been established, each partner will be gently encouraged to explore issues related to your own psychology and background, and to evaluate the manner in which these issues influence your perspective and behavior within the relationship.
